90s TV Intro - S

If you do a reverse image lookup, there are no definitive results, only a lot of people talking about this.

If it were a TV intro, I would have thought some hits would appear. Could very well just be a pattern you instinctively recognise, but actually isn’t from anything in particular.

If anyone does ever have a definitive result, I for one would like to know though!
